The service

EXPIX helps you record dates, organise items and schedule reminders for documents, subscriptions, bills, warranties, health, vehicles and other time-sensitive matters.

Your responsibility for dates and actions

You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing reminder settings and completing renewals, payments or other actions on time. Notifications are a convenience and may be affected by device settings, connectivity, operating-system restrictions or information entered incorrectly.

No professional advice

EXPIX provides organisational tools. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, insurance or other professional advice, and it does not verify whether a document remains valid.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and files you add. You give Cap Player Limited the limited permission needed to process that content solely to provide features you choose to use. You must have the right to upload any content you add.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to harm another person.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service or access another user’s information.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Accounts, purchases and subscriptions

If paid features are offered, the price and billing period will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed under the rules of the relevant app store unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

The EXPIX name, logo, interface, software and original content are owned by Cap Player Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued. Cap Player Limited may introduce or remove features to improve performance, security or usability.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cap Player Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from missed reminders, inaccurate information entered by a user, device failure or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using EXPIX at any time. Access may be restricted where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where required to protect users, the service or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The effective date at the top will be revised when an update is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
